At EXTRA, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions below.
1. RETURN PERIOD
- You may return items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Items must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear or accessories if applicable) may not be eligible for return.
3. REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
4. EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or refund.

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee refunds for items lost in transit.
