Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are:
• Spain (mainland): 2–4 business days
• Balearic and Canary Islands: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 4–8 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
During peak periods (sales, launches, special campaigns), delivery times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the order.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment at any time.
4. Delivery Addresses
For logistical reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We recommend verifying that the provided address is correct and complete to avoid delays.
5. International Orders
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. EXTRA is not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections.
6. Rejected or Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal upon delivery, the product amount will be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
